Opportunity
There was a difficulty in conveying what the feature is about, so I seized the opportunity to propose a teaser video concept. This video would clearly explain Instill Flow, making it easy for users to grasp its purpose and value from the outset.
Outcome & Metrics
Though the metrics are yet to be tracked but the video was A/B tested among the people who use and don't use instill and it was understood by majority of them.
Challenges Faced
One key challenge was the complexity of the Instill Flow feature, which made it difficult to communicate its purpose effectively. After the initial pitch, I collaborated extensively with designers, going through multiple iterations to refine the video. By leveraging key UI elements, we created a clearer, more intuitive explanation of the feature.
